Nicholas and team absolutely saved the day for us (after being let down by another HVAC company). They answered quickly, headed out right away to get the part we needed, and were there when they said they would be. When another issue came up, he didn’t hesitate to come back the same day to make sure everything was taken care of. He took the time to explain everything in detail, was patient with all my questions, and was just genuinely kind the entire time. Couldn’t be more grateful. 2025.07.31: Will came out and installed a condensor part and did an outstanding job with a gosh darn smile on his face. He loves his job and it shows. Lucky for Prestige that I am horrible with HVAC stuff so I'll be counting on them in the future. 2025.06.15: We called Prestige Air for the first time to do a checkup of our 5yr old system. The two young men that came to our house on a saturday were professional, well trained and patiently answered all of my questions. They didn't waste time and got in and out in less than an hour and a half.
