2025.07.31: Will came out and installed a condensor part and did an outstanding job with a gosh darn smile on his face. He loves his job and it shows. Lucky for Prestige that I am horrible with HVAC stuff so I'll be counting on them in the future. 2025.06.15: We called Prestige Air for the first time to do a checkup of our 5yr old system. The two young men that came to our house on a saturday were professional, well trained and patiently answered all of my questions. They didn't waste time and got in and out in less than an hour and a half.
Will with Prestige Air just left my house after servicing my heater for the upcoming winter months. Will was very professional and knowledgeable. He even adjusted my vents better. I highly recommend this company
Refreshing to find an honest and reputable company in an industry where that is not the norm. From the initial contact, they were courteous and professional. Next day service call resulted in a fair quote for only the work needed without any high pressure upsell tactics. New evaporator coils needed in both attic units as I suspected. Since it was Friday afternoon we were unable to get the coils until Monday but they charged the system to keep me cool until then. At install they captured the coolant to recharge without having to pay twice for it. A day of hard work in a hot attic by Nick's two sons and we are back in business. Great job and right on the quote. I would gladly recommend Prestige Air to all.
Nicholas and his sons were excellent communicators, responsive, and got the job done right. They took the time to help our family do what was right for us, and made us feel like they had our best interests at heart. Fantastic workmanship and professionalism. Finding quality contractors is one of the most difficult things for a homeowner. All the work I’ve seen with an entire system replacement after 3 years of challenges with a system from the 80’s has proven that Prestige HVAC is not JUST the name, prestige is built into Nicholas’ business from the core. I always cherish seeing a man take pride in his work and pass that attitude and integrity on to his kids. Most people hope they don’t have to see their HVAC contractor again because that usually means they are sweating in their house because it’s broken, but I look forward to seeing the Rozier’s next time they come for maintenance. Nicholas, from Prestige Air installed a new A/C unit. The work was done on-time and at the estimated cost. That is to be expected. But Nicholas also found that one of my smart thermostats was not working. I purchased the replacement thermostat and Nicholas returned to install it for free. He came back a second time to rework a faulty wire. Very, very good customer service and I would recommend Prestige Air to others.

Had a leak and was losing coolant. A-1 Air wanted $500 for leak test. Will from Prestige Air came, did a visual inspection and sniff test and found a leak in the evaporator coil which is covered by warranty for just the cost of a service call. Great service.
Had a mini split go bad and they were able to come out and install a new one the very next day. No pushy sales pitch, just straight to the point. When they arrived, it started pouring rain and even the power went out — but they kept working and got it done. Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain what was going on with my system, and made the whole process easy to understand. Honest, quick service and the best tradesmen I’ve seen. I highly recommend this company.
This is the only company I will recommend for HVAC work. My usual A/C service company was completely booked up with appointments recently, so they referred me to Prestige Air, and I’m so glad they did. Nick spent time with me on the phone answering my questions about my aging A/C unit, and was able to send out his son Will the very next day to service it for me. All it needed was to top off the freon level, as I’ve had a slow leak for a while. Will showed up early and was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient in testing the system and adding the necessary amount of freon at a reasonable price. I’ve now added Prestige Air to my ‘go-to’ vendor list for any future A/C service needs. Thanks Nick & Will!

Seriously, this was easily one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. My AC started making sounds you never want to hear. I called several companies and made my decision based on who was most willing to give me options and answer my nervous questions. Nicholas and Randy were great communicators. When I chose them, they showed up on time, were very friendly, talked me through any questions I had on-site, and even went the extra mile to follow up the next week to make sure I had no issues. I did have an issue a week later, but it was because of an issue with the duct work that wasn't part of what they had worked on. They came back out when I was free and fixed it in mere minutes. They even wore shoe covers inside my home! My wife appreciated that. Have never been happier to leave a 5-star review. Thanks guys!

I contacted Nicholas when I was having a hard time installing a nest thermostat. I sent him pictures of my system including the furnace, which he let me know I had a heat pump system that google nests aren't the most compatible with. Nicholas recommended me to instead get an Ecobee3 that works well with the heat pump so I ended up returning the nest, picking up the ecobee with a $50 energy rebate, so I ended up saving even more money which was a pleasant surprise. I first messaged him on Sunday morning, he came out that Tuesday afternoon, and had me up and running in 30 minutes. He's a quality guy and great at what he does so I couldn't recommend him enough.

I just want to brag on the responsiveness and follow thru from Nicholas Rozier! He went well over and above to help me in getting a part for my sons home furnace. As a mother, even though my “child” is grown, I don’t want he, his fiancé and my grand-dogs to suffer without heat more than can be helped. Nicholas inspected our HVAC system at our house buyers’ request. He was courteous and efficient. Our house was inadvertently locked (it’s vacant), and he was super nice about it and came right back out the next day. He called me with his findings, sent me an email with the report, and I paid the invoice online. Luckily there were no repairable issues, so I just paid the inspection and service call fee. Prestige Air was very flexible to schedule their service call so I wouldn't miss work. Most of their competitors offer inflexible service hours with 4 hour windows of time when to expect them. It is convenient for them, but not their customers. The owner, Nicholas Rozier, is very friendly and guarantees Prestige Air's work. I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

Our heater stopped putting out heat, and it was in the 20s outside. We needed someone to come quick. They were very responsive, great communication, texted when they were on their way, and was punctual. Came when they said they would and less than an hour from when we called. Nicholas knew what he was doing. He explained very clearly how heaters work, and what was going on why it wasn’t working. Showed us the defective part. Gave us recommendations on how to prevent this issue again, and gave us advice on how to properly maintain our heating system. They quoted us on how much it would cost to replace the defective part, and no surprise fees! He even repaired something with the AC without charge. They checked everything was working before they left. Very professional, punctual, great work ethic, quality work, and no surprise fees. Highly recommend!
Nick was so great! The cold weather came fast this week and we discovered that our heater just wouldn’t turn on. We called Prestige at 7pm and they were at our door by 9am the next morning. They found the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes and I’m so glad we called them. They were in and out so fast and were very mindful of all the COVID safety precautions. I’m so glad to have heat!!! Definitely recommend Prestige - trustworthy quality service still exists!
The technician arrived at 9:00 am on the dot. Typically HVAC professionals arrive late which can throw your schedule off. The expected maintenance was done thoroughly in a timely manner.

My HVAC blower decided to die at night. Next morning 107F the hottest day so far I called Nicholas and he was able to accommodate me in his schedule. Quick he diagnosed the problem and by the next day he was able to repair the AC. I’m pretty sure that if the part was available at the moment he would have fix it the same day. Sincerely his professionalism and compromise to serve you quick and efficient is hard to find this days. Also communication is A+ he will respond to you promptly and you get text messages at every step of the process from the the moment you book you appointment, when he’s on the way and when he leaves. Everything so organized and profesional. From now on any concern about my AC I know I have a good profesional to trust. Highly recommended if you are having issues with you AC unit.

Nicholas and his team have been amazing. He came out and quoted a new system that was very competitive with others, for what I felt was a superior product. He went through every part of the process so there were zero questions left unanswered. His team was able to replace all my old duct work, add larger vents, add a new return so the system could breathe and repaired a disaster that was left by the installation team that installed the previous system, all in one day. They were professional, polite, and cleaned up afterwards so you would never know they were there. I wish I could have found them when my other system went out! Since that was a nightmare I’ve been on both sides and Prestige is hands down the best company I’ve had in my home. I hired them to come in and fix the installation on my larger system so I will definitely be using Prestige again!!

My air was out, so I called Prestige Air to come out and take a look at my unit. They were there the same day and had the unit back up and running within an hour. Nicholas is extremely knowledgeable in what he does and goes above and beyond with his service and level of expertise to ensure customers receive the most efficiency with units. With just an address, he knew the builder gave an underpowered unit, which was also told by our other neighbors. The old unit was underpowered and non efficient, which was creating hundreds of dollars in electric bills. The assurance is valuable for peace of mind, and we are looking forward not to dread the electric bill anymore.

We had a leak in our evaporator coil and Nick came out diagnosed the issue, recharged our system until he could get a coil, found one quickly and replaced the coil with a much higher quality one that was installed under our builders warranty. My old unit was over 10 years old, corroded/rusted evaporator coils leaking Freon, not covered on home warranty, froze up with ice. Within almost 24 hours of contacting this company, my new system was ordered, picked up, installed, and cold air back in my home! I also learned a lot about maintenance and got a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty. Great customer service, very friendly. They even did a follow up visit to make sure the Freon levels were still good and everything was functioning properly.
I use Prestige Air because it is a family run business and I feel I am a part of that family each time they come out. They discuss all my options with me and make recommendations accordingly. They don’t try to up-sell me or try to encourage me to make a purchase of something I don’t need. Also I find their pricing to be appropriate and affordable.
Our air conditioner went out over the holiday weekend (!!!) and the first several companies we called could not come out for several days even though it is summer in Texas, and we needed it diagnosed much sooner. Prestige evaluated an existing HVAC system to determine it's level of performance. Another company that was called out was unable to adequately determine it's level of functioning due to the tools they did not have on hand and the sophistication of this system. Absolutely fabulous service! I called Prestige Air out for a second opinion as the normal company we use told us yesterday we needed to replace our entire system. When I called to see about an appointment I was very happy to know I was talking to Nicholas directly. Told him why we called for service and what we were told. He was able to work us in the next day which was amazing! The appointment setup was a snap and it was great to have alerts via text when he was on his way. He got right to work and solved the issue and proved that we in fact did not need a new system. The capacitor was marginal so it was a no brainer for me to have him replace it on the spot and I was very happy to know he uses parts that are made in the US. A little more expansive but worth every penny as they are backed by a warrantee. Nicholas is an absolute rockstar! Very honest and straight forward. If you are using anyone other than Pestige Air for your HVAC needs you are making a HUGE mistake.

Fall 2025, had my fall inspection of both heating systems. Arrived on time, did the inspections including a check of the A/C systems. found nothing wrong. Quick, through, & professional as always. Arrived on time did a through check of my inside and outside units, said all were fine. Once again very professional service from Prestige Air. So, this is another update. One of my two new A/C units, installed last summer, started to become very noisy and it was getting worse. It sounded like the fan blades over the compressor were bent or loose. Nick sent out a technician who had an idea what it might be. When it wasn't what he thought it was, he kept looking and found the problem within 15 minutes. Noise level is back to normal. No charge for the visit. Typical great Prestige service. I highly recommend Prestige. This is an update from my review last spring. In mid August, I returned home from out of town on a Wed. evening, to find that my main A/C unit wasn't putting out cold air. My wife was scheduled for outpatient surgery the next Monday and needed a cool place to recuperate in. The next morning I called Nick, hoping he could get to us within a few days. He had Brett stop by that afternoon, to look at the problem. The 20 year old system was not repairable. He scheduled a complete system replacement for Saturday, so we could have cool air by Monday. There was no weekend surcharge. That's customer service! We had our 2nd system, also 20 years old, replaced by Prestige this past week. Both installs were done quickly, cleanly, & professionally at very fair prices. I highly recommend Prestige Air. This was a return visit for a previous visit that reoccurred. The re-occurrence was not Prestige's Airs fault. Brett, as always, was very professional, and explained why it happened and how we could prevent it in the future. There was no charge for the return visit. Prestige Air provides great, professional service, at reasonable prices and stands behind their work. Highly recommend Prestige Air.

Let me just start off by saying this review may end up more like a story than a short 5 star review ... I recently moved to Texas (I was used to much more of a dry heat than humid). I bought a place in Fort Worth and had a home warranty through Fidelity. I had my AC unit moved by a company called Comfort Pros (it was located directly behind my house and I wanted it moved to the side) about a month after living here. Shortly after moving it, my AC stopped working. I contacted the same company who moved it twice and on both occasions I had a different issue with my AC unit. Mind you, my unit is older (2007), however I was never informed that moving my unit would cause any problems or even could. I paid that company for fixing the “issues” they thought it was. I paid that company $1400 to move a 17 year-old unit, which they later told me I would have to get a new unit soon due to its age and the parts starting to just not work. Why did that company not tell me that before they moved the unit? I think because they were clearly trying to just make more money off of me. After having a negative experience with that company, I decided to go through my home warranty company, Fidelity National. I understand all home warranty companies take time, but the lack of care or consideration of me living in a house that was 88 degrees and even 90 at times was saddening and very maddening. I was told I needed the generator for the fan or something of that sort and had to wait two days before it was installed in total. I was living in 88° weather inside my house for six days and no one seemed to care, that is until I contacted Nicholas. I was contacting the owner of Prestige Air in regards to my situation. I told him I was trying to go through my home warranty company that way I didn’t have to pay all the money, and he literally was helping me, giving me advice. He was not doing that for me to use his company, but out of the kindness of his heart. After my warranty company sent their AC technician out with the replacement motor and my AC still going out an hour after, I called Nicholas. Someone came out within the hour and told me my unit is old and it’s just stopping periodically. When I called the company that was dispatched from Fidelity to let them know that my air was not coming out cold they told me to wait 24 hours and it will be fine. If I would have waited 24 hours, it would have been at least 95° in my house. I was brushed off and was treated like I was being dramatic. When I told Nicholas how I was feeling and my concerns, I genuinely felt his concern and his desire to help me. I told Nicholas I cannot wait for my home warranty company any longer and that I was literally miserable and I didn’t care about paying anymore at that point. I asked him today, on a Friday and told him I would like for him to put in a new unit as soon as possible as my AC is already going in and out. To say he is going above and beyond doesn’t do him justice. The owner of the company is waking up at wee hours of the morning to go get my unit for me to have it installed. He hasn’t even installed my unit yet (I will give another review once it is in) yet, I already feel more comfort and care than both of the other companies who have come to my house to “try” to fix the problem. It is very rare to find someone who genuinely cares and Nicholas and his team do just that. I am looking forward to my installation tomorrow and will give an update after. I generally don’t write reviews of this magnitude, but that is how impressed I am and how much it meant to me to see that someone actually cares. To see someone put in some extra effort to help! I am sure I will never be using another air conditioning company in the DFW area again. Thank you very much, Nicholas. You are truly incredible.

This was great service! They arrived early (after asking) and explored several possible problems, decided it wasn't a big leak and used a leak sealant on the system. After refilling the refrigerant, the AC is running again! All this on a Saturday.

I had a big name come by and quote me on new AC and Furnace. Next day Nicholas with Prestige Air came. He seemed to check more and even went in my attic to check things out properly, which other did not. The was pricing fair and decided to go with them because I felt they were more personble and that they cared more. The installers were great and had me cooling down in 6 hours. Their communication is quick and easy. We have had everything from scheduled appointments to spur of the moment messages for emergency services. No matter the situation, the communication has always remained the same. No matter the time of year, no matter how busy they are. Not only that, but they have always done their absolute best to find a time to quickly get to our home to resolve our issues. As for honesty and integrity, this company is a rarity. I have NEVER had any unexpected charges. They have ALWAYS made sure to discuss options with me and have always been up front completely about cost. They have never insisted on making repairs that were unnecessary. They have always done everything they could to make sure my HVAC system was working properly even following repairs that have been done. When my HVAC system finally called it quits, Nick was very informative and knowledgeable, and in fact explained to me that even though I was considering a larger, more costly unit, that another less expensive one was more than adequate for what I needed in my home. He was absolutely right. That was a savings of around few thousand dollars. The installation was quick. They made sure to clean up after themselves and haul away all debris. The only thing I had to do after they were done was enjoy the huge difference the system made in cooling our home. Their maintenance plan with a new installation is fantastic! I don’t have to worry about costs for maintenance services on my unit anymore which is a real plus. All the technicians are kind, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and will take their time to make sure you understand what’s going on with your system. Spring 2025, my semi-annual inspection of my A/C units. Arrived on time did a through check of my inside and outside units, said all were fine. Once again very professional service from Prestige Air. So, this is another update. One of my two new A/C units, installed last summer, started to become very noisy and it was getting worse. It sounded like the fan blades over the compressor were bent or loose. Nick sent out a technician who had an idea what it might be. When it wasn't what he thought it was, he kept looking and found the problem within 15 minutes. Noise level is back to normal. No charge for the visit. Typical great Prestige service. I highly recommend Prestige. This is an update from my review last spring. In mid August, I returned home from out of town on a Wed. evening, to find that my main A/C unit wasn't putting out cold air. My wife was scheduled for outpatient surgery the next Monday and needed a cool place to recuperate in. The next morning I called Nick, hoping he could get to us within a few days. He had Brett stop by that afternoon, to look at the problem. The 20 year old system was not repairable. He scheduled a complete system replacement for Saturday, so we could have cool air by Monday. There was no weekend surcharge. That's customer service! We had our 2nd system, also 20 years old, replaced by Prestige this past week. Both installs were done quickly, cleanly, & professionally at very fair prices. I highly recommend Prestige Air. This was a return visit for a previous visit that reoccurred. The re-occurrence was not Prestige's Airs fault. Brett, as always, was very professional, and explained why it happened and how we could prevent it in the future. There was no charge for the return visit. Prestige Air provides great, professional service, at reasonable prices and stands behind their work. Highly recommend Prestige Air.
Today, a tech came out to my parents home and did a fantastic job. He even went out of his way to make a voice recording for them to share with us - because naturally we asked “what service did you have done?” The vm was so professional and on the fly. The service was wonderful and very precise. We will use Prestige again and we highly recommend them.

Nicholas responded quickly, even making time on a Saturday in order to do so. He checked the compressor and showed me the results. I'm not qualified for A/C work, although I do understand electronics. Actually his test method makes a lot of sense to me, thus I agree with his findings far more than the findings I got from a different A/C repair company. Fact-based and logical information like this is somewhat hard to come by; I suggest you'll find Nicholas' services most valuable too.
