For just $15 per month, our plan includes the following benefits:

Bi-Annual Maintenance
- Enjoy two maintenance visits per year, typically in the spring and fall. Our skilled technicians will inspect, clean, and tune up your air conditioner to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Service Includes:
Cleaning or replacing air filters
Checking refrigerant levels and inspecting for leaks
Cleaning condenser and evaporator coils
Inspecting electrical components and tightening connections
Lubricating moving parts to reduce wear and tear
Checking the thermostat settings for accuracy
Inspecting ductwork and airflow
Testing the system for overall performance
Priority Scheduling
- When you need service, you’ll receive priority scheduling, ensuring that we address your concerns as soon as possible.

Commercial Maintenance

What Does a Maintenance Provide?

Filter changes every 3 months (according to manufacturer recommendations)
Cleaning the blower wheel, evap coil and treating the condensate drain pan
Checking and adjusting blower motor belts
Blowing out drain lines
Testing all electrical components, capacitors, sequencers, etc. For proper operation
Amp-ing out all major components
Testing refrigerant temperatures and pressures
Checking the sequence of operations on furnaces
Testing the system’s safety circuit
Confirming proper temperature split of conditioned air of conditioned air
Member also receive 10% off any part or service (does not include complete replacement or refrigerant)
Clean interior supply grilles ( if accessible)
